Placed a 6K dollar order on Nov 26, was told it would ship out first of Dec, nothing, No communication at all. Called was given 3 different dates and never showed. Finally arrived on Jan 15. No torque convertor bolts(that were shown in ordering picture) Emailed to ask, no response. Called and asked was met with attitude. Would not do business again or recommend. Spend your money elsewhere.
View on GoogleI have a converter made by TS and I wanted to get it restalled. I started a conversation with someone at the company never gave me their name or contact. They asked for a list of things so I can get it restalled. Once I gave them the list I didn’t receive a email back for a week. I reached out again asking for the shipping information. Didn’t receive a message back. I sent 3 more emails the following week with no response. I needed up calling them up asking about my emails and to get my shipping information sent so I can get it restalled. The lady on the phone transferred me to another guy which he ended up saying he was on a vacation and to send another email, which before I called I did, and he said to just wait. Another week went by and I sent another email with no reply. The customer service was horrible and the person who sold me the converter on the phone when I got it over a year ago didn’t ask anything about my car and said this is a good street car converter. Basically just getting a sale out of me. Spent 3 weeks trying to get my converter sent out and just gave up. If it did end up getting in their hands I would bet that I wouldn’t get it until next year. Good luck with buying from this company.
View on GoogleOrdered a couple of parts for a vehicle. Its been 3 weeks and the order still says processing. I have emailed them and called three times. No response, terrible customer service, and their voicemail inbox is full so I can't leave a message. I have since ordered the parts from another company but I don't know how I am going to cancel this order if I can't speak to anybody. I cannot recommend a company you cannot get in touch with.
View on GoogleI placed an order for a torque converter been almost 2 weeks it still says the order is being processed I can’t get a answer or a email back I spent almost 1600 dollars on a part I could’ve got with circle d for the same price and better service but I wanted to try something not a great experience so far probably going back with circle d on the next build
View on GoogleThese guys made me a converter for my 4L80E. This was 8 years ago and thousands of miles. Never had an issue. Stalls at the right rpm and locks up great. Love it.
