Gene Finks Tire

We had inspection , oil change, and maybe a front end alignment. Our defroster wasn’t working. Devin replaced motor. Found the next day I couldn’t adjust or turn off. Took it back to Ed, he replaced on his dime and time. They are kind and back what they do. We were so very pleased. It was like doing business with people who care.think you Tommy and Anna T

While visiting Pittsburgh i had a flat tire. Contacted Gene Finks. They were very busy but worked me into the schedule. Fixed the tire in 1 hour and i was on my way further East. Great service. Very professional. Highly recommend.

I tried Gene Finks to get new tires based on their positive online reviews, and I was not disappointed. The mechanic was extremely helpful and informative and I never felt pressured or rushed to buy anything. Not only was their service fast, but when I came to pick up my car they had fixed a problem with my door (which I didn't even ask them to take care!), re-set my maintenance light which I had mentioned, and on top of that they washed my car! I was only ever charged for the tires, which were a very decent price. I will definitely be returning, and I recommend Gene Finks for anyone looking for excellent and honest customer service.
