If I could give this place 0 stars I would. The owner is rude and unprofessional. I called asking about body repairs to my car, wanting to schedule an estimate for the repairs. I asked the owner if he could give me a ROUGH ESTIMATE about how long they might have the car. I UNDERSTAND THAT HE DIDN'T HAVE THE VEHICLE IN FRONT OF HIM SO HE COULDN'T GIVE AN EXACT ESTIMATE. I was looking for a best case/worst case rough GUESS. Apparently this guy couldn't understand that and thought I was arguing with him so HE HUNG UP ON ME. I did call back trying to apologize for the confusion but did lose my temper at this guy's continued unprofessional behavior.

The driver’s-side door check was broken on my Tiguan and got repaired within an hour. The crews were very helpful and honest. I got quotes from some other places, where persuaded me to replace a lot of unnecessary parts along with labor. With Barr’s, they only quoted what’s needed to solve the problem and ended up cost 5X less than the other places.

Read so many great reviews but when I called them was told they don't work on foreign cars. I have a Subaru. Too bad. I'm just not used to Auto repairs not working on foreign cars. This really is Mayberry.
