I came to this place for an oil change. The service was efficient, and the staff were very honest about the cost of different options (e.g. premium vs regular oil, thickener that you can substitute for one quart of oil to prevent burn off, an additional cleaner fluid that you can run through your car for five minutes before leaving). I felt that everything was straightforward, the workers did a good job of communicating with one another, and they provided me the opportunity to ask plenty of questions.

Took my 1998 Mercedes-Benz SL500 Roadster in for an oil change today. Both guys very friendly. They really seemed to have liked my car and we had a friendly banter. Only 3 mins down the road from me in Hampton and they had me in and out fairly quickly. They were also busy which shows that the locals really trust them too! Thanks again!
