Nalley tire and auto

My car was there for over a week. I was lied to day after day that it would be done. After a week the mechanic was rude and told me to take the car back. No repairs were ever made.

While Nalley Tire appears to be “friendly and honest” according to a few other reviews on the web. I will not be able to say I experienced that. I called ahead and got an estimate for the work to be performed and agreed to the price. This was on Monday 11th. I was told they could work on my car on Thursday 14th. I dropped off Wednesday afternoon and said I could pick up Thursday afternoon or Friday morning. They said that would be fine. I had to call Thursday evening, Friday evening, the following Monday 18th and today Tuesday19th and was given excuse after excuse when I was able to get someone to answer the phone, including me stopping by in person Monday morning. Excuse was the parts store sent “a” wrong part. I informed them that my car was dropped off Wednesday 13th, to be worked on Thursday 14th and it is now 4:42pm Tuesday 19th and it was still not finished. I was then told with attitude like it was my fault, that if they had not pushed the car out of the bay that I could come get the keys. They then said that they would finish it and call me, and I should walk with the check. I received a call at 8:43pm and was told that my car was ready. So I swung by to pick it up. Again, when picking up my car I was made to feel like this was my fault that it had taken this long. I had to remind them again that they scheduled me in on Thursday 14th for the work to be done, and it was now Tuesday 19th at 9:00pm that I was getting my car. They told me I should have got a rental car. So, obviously I will not be going back, and I will never find out whether they are really “friendly and honest.” My car repairs were to replace the right front axle, left front lower ball joint and left front wheel bearing on a Honda Accord. Normally a half day to three-quarter days' work. Not 4 days. They are closed Saturdays and Sundays, so I am not counting them. So if you are looking for a mechanic who can give you an estimate for work to be done, but then does not know how long it would take him to do the repairs to your car, schedule you in to do the work but is overwhelmed by the work he currently has so he cannot do the work to your car on the day he scheduled you, so you are pushed back and give poor excuses and spoken to rudely and his solution is you should have got a rental car and not call you to keep you informed. Then this is the mechanic for you, otherwise take my advice and FIND SOMEONE ELSE!!!
