My car was recently in an accident and I was recommended this autobody. This shop was by far the most pleasant experience of this whole ordeal. They are kind, informative and FAST. They paid great attention to detail as to what was needed. I had my car back within a week and they gave me more information than the insurance company on what to do as well as were helpful with the rental car. Highly recommend them! My car looks great!

I recently had an auto repair job that I was having a hassle of a time getting any autobody shop to be willing to work with me on. Tom at Kletter Automotive was willing to hear me out and gave me the time of day to look at my car. From there, it was a classic case of underpromise and overdeliver. I was told they could do the job, but it wouldn't necessarily be pretty, which I was totally fine with. When I went to pick up the car, you couldn't even tell it had any work done. The work was done quickly for a very reasonable price. I can't sing Tom's praises loudly enough. I'll certainly be giving Kletter Automotive repeat business in the future!

I have had several vehicles repaired by Tom over the years. This last repair for some deer damage it was really simple but Tom work with and price was fair. Most of all I was extremely satisfied when I picked up my car and to see that it was washed spotlessly in this day and age to find quality workmanship at a fair price and honestly is a rare thing. More people should follow your lead.

Tom at Kletter Automotive came highly recommended to us by MSK Automotive for auto body work on our Subaru outback after an accident this past winter. Tom was very personable and easy to talk to over the phone and approach in person. He was always patient over the phone, was sure to explain the action plan and parts to be ordered, took care of all the 'behind the scenes' stuff so we wouldn't have to and made the process very smooth and not stressful. At one point the wrong parts arrived and he resolved the issue so we wouldn't have to. Upon pickup he kindly walked us through the paperwork, findings/changes and answered all our questions. With the quality of care Tom and his crew provide I highly recommend their services if you're looking for a great customer experience with superb results. We are beyond pleased with the finished product. He had the vehicle cleaned inside and out upon pick up. Thanks, Tom!
