Stopped for new front tires. Put them on the back. Wanted the new tires on the front. Found out their no new tires on the front policy after paying. No simple explanation of their policy while checking in. Just an argument why I was wrong. It was pointed out to me that their policy was in print on a plaque on a wall. So if you choose to buy tires there, be sure to read all the wall decorations so you understand what their policy is. And don’t question anything.

Was very disappointed to learn they do not replace valve stems when installing new tires. A month after getting brand new tires here, I had a leak and brought it back here thinking maybe it was installed wrong. Nope, leaking valve stem and another $50 to get it fixed. Asked if it was an issue from when it was replaced, and they said it wasn’t replaced when I bought the new tires and “sometimes they just go bad”. (Which is why it’s standard practice to replace them when the tires are replaced!) Now it’s just a waiting game to see if the other ones go bad, all because this shop chose not to do things properly the first time. The fact that it isn’t standard practice here to replace the valve stems makes me concerned about what else they cut corners on. I’ll be taking my car elsewhere in the future.
