I truly LOVE Smileys. Never had any issues until this morning. Unfortunately they decided to open late today due to the cold temperatures, which I completely understand. I work 2 jobs, so it’s difficult for me to fit things in like getting tires. This morning I got up super early and got there at 8:10 am. They open at 8:30 am on Saturday. I was 3rd in line. After waiting 45 minutes with 2 cars ahead of me and 6 behind me. We come to find out they decided to open late today. Unfortunately all that was posted was a small sign on the door which the second vehicle finally saw and informed me , along with an employee who also had no idea that they were opening late. I will go back this week if my schedule allows, but hope they can find better signs in the future along with a answering machine that has a message about the delayed opening. UPDATE: Got there this morning and as usual the service was impeccable. No line, no waiting, I did message someone beforehand to find out what time they were opening. Also very professional and fast, friendly and fair. Thanks so much for getting me safely back on the road today. Stay warm and safe all of you. I will always recommend you to anyone that needs tires. ❤️

I have a 2015 Kia Sportage..went Friday to get all new tires. I wanted to thank the gentleman that came in after they were done changing my tires to let me know i needed to get my tire rod fixed ASAP. Honestly if he wouldn't have told me, I wouldn't have known and would have been bad! I ended up getting the part as soon as I left there and got it fixed the very next day! Very good employees and just down right nice people there! Thank you all!
