A lot of times these small mom and pop auto shops are much better than the dealership you bought your car through. Miller and sons lied about my exhaust issue saying it’s $3,000 in damage while Eli’s fixed it in an hour by replacing clamps and something that was put in BACKWARDS from millers for under $200. They even stayed past their closing time to finish my car. Go here for honest work.

I've been using Eli's for years, ever since Eli himself was the main technician. This place is conveniently located and Eli always treated me very fairly. They've given me rides home from the shop when my car needed repair work and Eli used to offer me great deals on the work I needed. Ever since his son took over, it's still a great place, but they seem to stay overly busy and sometimes I feel like I'm pushed to the end of the priority list. They're very trustworthy, it's just that sometimes I feel I have to wait a bit long for minor repair work to be completed. Over all, I definitely recommend them and will continue to use them for years to come.

Long wait (like hours longer than anticipated) which sucked but I could forgive.. horrible communication! Told me when to come back at a certain time and when I came back at that time they were gone to lunch. Before leaving I asked if they were sure because I needed to go to an appointment and they reassured me of the time. After waiting more than 20 minutes at the locked door I left messages and received no call back, and eventually had to Uber to the appointment and have someone else go get my car. No communication at all throughout or after this. I wouldn’t recommend to anyone honestly

They said they could fix our car it was just a bad alternator. That being said they never put the car up on the rack told me both control arms were bad on the front end. That was last Thursday, what transpired throughout the week is insulting. My wife and I were told multiple times the car had not only been looked at but had been worked on according to their staff and mechanics. But as I took a stroll on an almost daily basis they never moved the car let alone did any work. Wednesday of the following week rolls around we threatened to get the car they said they "we're already working on the car" again lied to. Finally being told the car would be done early on Thursday this being an entire week, was given an estimate of 1,200 dollars. Thursday comes not only was the car not done, but it hadn't even been started and were completely lied to about any work being done to it at all. After I reclaimed the car, took it down to johns right around the corner. They immediately put the car on the rack not only that showed me what the control arms are but how they were completely fine all the way around. Not only that, but it would be done in 2 days max and not for 1200 bucks. If I could give a lower rating than 1 star I would these idiots wasted an entire week of our time not to mention the 300 something dollars spent on uber going back and forth from work and the grocery store, they lied about parts we needed, they lied about having worked on the car at all. Then come to find out after talking to my neighbor they screwed him over too, I've never felt so taken advantage of as I did by these lazy white trash losers and their pathetic business model of lies. If ever given the opportunity to deter someone from making the same mistake I made by going to these lazy crooks, I would in a heartbeat
