We cannot recommend Burrell Automotive enough! It is such a relief to have people you can truly trust with your vehicles. They are honest, knowledgeable, and take the time to explain what’s needed without any pressure. The service is always reliable and fairly priced. We won’t take our vehicles anywhere else!

these are the kind of people who restore my faith in the world. my car broke down a second time on a drive from chicago to philly. i came in panicked, exhausted and scared and the owners compassion and kindness immediately made me feel better. they got my car running within 2 hours, cylinder needed to be replaced, and i made it home safely. seriously, thank you both so much. i only wish the shop was closer to philly so i could come back every time.

We can not thank this business enough!!! We were heading to Shenandoah VA for vacation when the starter decided to go. We were 60 miles away from home and the young mechanic came to us at McDonald’s to see what the problem was and he confirmed that it was the starter. He found one for us and we took our truck to his shop to repair. He dropped everything to fix our truck so that we could get back on the road. He was so kind, thoughtful and very thorough. We need more young people like him! Good job!!! I would totally recommend this business. Not to mention they have a cute Bernese mountain dog too!!!

We were traveling back to New Jersey on a freezing, snowy day and our windshield wiper fluid stopped working. Every few minutes our windshield would get so dirty that we would have to pull over because we couldn't see. We tried three other places to get help, but no one would help us until we found this place. They were so unbelievably kind and helpful, and discovered that our fluid had frozen. They actually fixed it for us and would not even take any money. I can't say enough about how wonderful they were, and they obviously know what they were doing so I highly recommend them to anyone!

Burrell’s Automotive is amazing. My daughter was driving home for Thanksgiving from Ohio and her Check Engine light started flashing and the car started lurching, then it wouldn’t accelerate. She was able to pull over and googled Auto Repair and Burrell’s was about 2 miles off of the PA Turnpike. She was able to make it to Burrell’s and Jeannie and Harold took such great care of her. That’s #1 for me, they care about people. Because the car is a Kia, Harold wasn’t able to exactly diagnose the engine issue but he printed out Kia service bulletins that were possibly addressing the issue. He recommended towing the Kia to a Kia dealership. Long story short, Jeannie drove my daughter to the Holiday Inn down the road so she would be safe and comfortable waiting for me to pick her up (I live in Virginia so I wouldn’t be there before Burrell’s closed), Harold kept an eye on the tow truck so the Kia could be transported to a dealership and Jeannie and Harold refused my offer to pay for his diagnostics tests which took him about 3 hours to run. So, #1 they care about people. #2 they are honest hard-working people. #3 I know they take pride in their work. I wish I could Burrell’s 10 stars!!!
