Spencer (#634) provided great service on July 3rd in response to my AAA call about a flat tire. He even timed the service to fit when I could get to the location of my vehicle with the flat tire because it was actually my daughter driving the car at the time. The response time was prompt, and Spencer was personable, polite, and worked hard in the heat to get us back on the road.

P&M Automotive tow truck driver Travis does exceptionally great work he was very careful Towing my son's car that had Mufflers very low to the ground and backed it up into my long driveway perfectly with care, definitely appreciate that! Also the time that I had to wait for them to tow the vehicle off the side of the highway in Salem was 11 minutes! I have never gotten a tow that quickly before kudos to all of you who works so hard at keeping people off the side of the highway. Thank you, Keely Moore

I had a tire blowout while driving on the interstate today and Billy (tow truck driver) had gotten to me within 15 mins of my call. He made me feel safe while on the side of a busy interstate and he was so kind and friendly. On a 5 star scale, I'd rate 10 if I could! Thanks again Billy! You deserve a bonus!
