I love going here. Everyone is super courteous and helpful. They don’t try to push services on you, but rather share what’s recommended and their honest opinion. I feel very comfortable with them taking care of my vehicle. I grew up only trusting one person to work on my vehicle, having friends that picked up jobs at oil change centers and hearing the stories. I don’t worry about that here. Everyone is a trained pro. They check lights, fluids, tires, etc. Very thorough.

I went in to get my oil changed and a transmission service. Everyone there was super nice, they worked together to do all the services. They answered any questions I had, and when they asked me about add ons they made sure to tell me every time if it was needed or not. Told me what services I need to worry about next oil change, and what services I will never have to worry about. Everyone was very nice and professional. Will definitely continue coming here. The price was also very reasonable compared to other places I got quotes from.

I brought in a 2011 F250 that mostly sits and hadn't had the oil changed in 4 years. I was pleasantly surprised by the cost of the oil change- I expected it was going to cost a lot more based on the size of the engine and additional qts needed compared to most vehicles. I did have a coupon but even full price would have been affordable. The team at Oilstop did a great job and was fun to watch go through the 30 point inspection. I got the transmission fluid changed too which feels like a bonus. I was stoked to get a free car wash out of the deal, which I didn't expect to do much to the lichen and moss growing on the vehicle but they pressure washed it before going through and my goodness the truck shines! Farm truck got a spa day. 10/10 would recommend.

Jimmy and Casey were provided excellent customer service. I came through with 3 kids in the back and they hooked them up with juice boxes and coloring paper and got me through quickly. They do a great job and aren’t pushy with extra products.

Great, friendly staff! I love all the extra services, like how they check that lights/blinkers are working and set the tire pressure. My only complaint was that I mentioned I didn't have a lot of time, but they still offered me every extra service, and waited for me to refuse them one by one, so that the whole stop took 40 minutes instead of 15-20 as promised...
