Wonderful people and wonderful service on my Volkswagen eos. They were so kind and helpful and prices were good! I trust them with my car! They also had plenty of loaner cars and mine was great we miss it. thanks Worthington Auto!

Todd at Worthington Automotive was great—he diagnosed the problem quickly and called to explain the (unfortunate) news. I could tell he genuinely felt bad having to deliver it, which says a lot about his honesty and professionalism. I was very pleased with the service and will definitely return… though hopefully not too soon!
View on GoogleWe’re from out of town and my wife’s car broke down on the interstate very late last night. We had her car towed to Worthington Automotive. I stopped this morning to let them know our dilemma. They got us right in, very professional, top notch. The put the “service” back in Customer Service. If I lived closer they would be my “go-to” auto service shop. I highly recommend them.
View on GoogleHad brakes done in April 2023. W.A. did a great job on my front brakes and forgot to lubricate my rear brakes. So now I'm replacing pads and rotors again after barely 15 months of light driving. So much for a great Groupon deal. I would go back get them to fix it, but they had my car all day long...I don't have that kind of time to deal with this after such a short time. I am so disappointed. Edit: I called the shop and they confirmed work would have been covered under their warranty but they refused to offer a partial refund. Why would I return to a shop that failed to install it right the first time placing my welfare at risk and taking a large amount of time to do it? If the pads were were bad, fine. This was a poor install job and no I will not trust you a second time and that should be a consumer right you respect and honor. Owner didn't even call back.
