My issue isn't so much with this business as it is with an affiliate. The affilliate has no website (cause they're probably a scammer) so I am holding this business accountable. A technician named Sal from K & D referred me to a scammer who took my money. The scammer's name is Olay, apparently he has an LLC for auto glass repair, "Auto Glass Specialist LLC". The scammer (Olay) was supposed to replace the windshield of a truck I own. The detestable thief told me the job had to be paid in advance to "order the parts." A week went by with no response. When I questioned him about completing the service I had already paid for, he gave me a date by which he would do so, stating the parts had been received and he just had to go and pick them up. On that date, no response... when i proceeded to ask for my money back again there was no response from the repugant thief. The coward wouldn't even pick up the phone. I would be wary of recommendations and affiliates from this business. "Birds of a feather..."

I dropped off my vehicle and only a few hours later I got a call that it was complete and the work was properly done. The employees are great people to deal with. I will say the location is difficult to find, but beyond that no complaints! Very happy!

K&D was able to get me in same day when other places were telling me a week and they were half the cost. Super friendly staff and had me in and out in 30 minutes. Can’t recommend them enough.
