Best Muffler

The best for any and all exhaust repairs and the price is the best in the area. They’ve been around since I was a kid and were really good then and just took my daughters 2018 Ford Ecosport in for a resonator and they still have the best prices for any exhaust shops and the work is done right. Thank You for always treating us good.

Very professional and excellent service! Dropped my car off and they had it done within a day. Everything was cut and dry and they didn’t try to pressure me into getting more work done, even though there were a couple other minor things that needed done. Highly recommend them for any type of exhaust work!

‘Best Muffler’ I would say ‘Worst Muffler’. Highly WOULDN’T recommend coming to this place. The woman who works front desk (possibly owner/runner of things there) was very rude and unprofessional. She does not know how to speak to a customer. They refuse to allow ANYONE to stay in their building while their vehicle is being worked on, even if it’s less than 4 hours long. They don’t care about the weather outside, if it’s raining/snowing/cold or where they are located on a busy street/horrible location. They would rather you not ‘bug them & give them privacy’ by walking around or have someone pick you up & drop you off. I was told my vehicle would take anywhere from an hour to an all day project so be prepared for last minute call ‘your car is ready for pick up, or it’ll take a couple more hours’ . Basically everyone who works there is a heavy smoker, and they don’t hesitate to smoke in the bays even while working on vehicles. So the inside of your vehicle may smell like an ashtray. The quote i received was VERY cheap!! Normally, I wouldn’t mind spending little to nothing for my car to be fixed, but just know you’re paying for their ‘quality’ of work. (i also got 2 other quotes to compare to) If you want your vehicle to properly be fixed, take it somewhere else. If you would like to be respected, go somewhere else. If you want to be fully communicated to, about the progress of your vehicle, go somewhere else. They talk down on you, or belittle you as if you’re a clueless customer who doesn’t know much of anything. Thankfully I left before situations got worse!

I needed my lower control arm fixed, an my wheel hub fixed, called them yesterday was able to get me in this morning n had my car done by 3pm. The service is great n the workers are even greater!! Jeremy kept me updated on my vehicle thank you guys again for the great service! I WOULD RECOMMEND THEM TO ANYONE!!!
