Good price. Good service. This shop was recommended to me by a person who used to work at the Honda plant. He said numerous coworkers took their Hondas there. I had major maintenance done there previuosly. So far, so good.

I've seen a fair few garages in my time, and this is by FAR the worst experience I have ever, ever had. I gave these people a detailed list of what I wanted done and checked out when I dropped the car off. I went through the trouble of scheduling an appointment so they could get to work on it, but also them know I am not in a rush. It is a 5 hour round trip for me, which I told them, and it all has to be done at once. After not hearing anything for a few days, I left them a message asking what's up, again stressing not in a rush, just curious what they found. No callback, but I get a quote texted to me. I authorize them to do everything on the quote, save for the timing belt/water pump job they recommended (I imagine they have to pull that off to get the minor oil leak they supposedly discovered, belt/pump are about 60k miles away from their next scheduled replacement and are in working order as far as I know) Since there a few things I asked them to look at they didn't mention on the quote, I called and asked again about them. I was told they'd check these things out. Days pass, then I call AGAIN. Eric assures me they will check things out. They let me know the car is done, and STUPIDLY I did not ask for a new invoice showing what they had and not done. I drove 2.5 hours from my home in SE Ohio, just happy to have finally got some needed maintenance done! When I get the invoice, they did NOT do a job related to something I specifically told them to look into when I dropped the car off, and that THEY THEMSELVES PUT ON THE QUOTE! They put that job in the bottom of the invoice as "recommended'. What?? I told YOU to look into it, then to complete the job once issue found! I have the texts! Then after telling them to go ahead, they DIDN'T DO IT and what is more, they replaced several things we did not talk about whatsoever. If they needed to be done, fine, but you need to talk to the customer first! That is very sketchy and makes me think you are not nearly as honest as all the reviews I read let me to believe. Upon physically examining, the part MIGHT be new but if so they did not charge me for it nor list it on the invoice, which I do not believe, and the coolant also does not appear newly topped off as you would expect with replacement of said part. If I am wrong here, I will gladly be corrected. They also did not install one of the switches I provided, while charging me for the installation of both. I found the 2nd switch, bag half opened in a box. Unless they just happened to have that fairly uncommon part lying around? I also think they broke a part and zip tied it hanging loosely instead of using new cowl clips. I will allow that might've been me in a past life, but they didn't reattach it when they must have knocked it off again removing and reinstalling the battery for access. •If a customer asks you to check out an issue, actually check it out and don't make them badger you to make sure you did it. Do what they instruct and pay you for. •Do not perform any work that is unauthorized, even if it turns out to be needed, I want to know about it before I am going to be charged for it! •Have the invoice at the desk--not in the car--when payment is made, so you can staple the receipt to the invoice for the customer. Super small thing, but that is kind of what good customer service is! It is how I make my living. Never ever coming back to this place. I am going to have another shop check their work too, since if I can't trust you for that other stuff, how can I trust you are torquing things to spec, etc? Terrible communication and customer service. I would avoid avoid avoid.
View on GoogleRecently drove 2 hours to come to this shop for a timing belt job, can’t say enough good things about them, to the point, simple, old fashion way of doing things- I’ll definitely be back.
View on GoogleMy sister has been using this location for service for years and has always recommended them. Unfortunately, my son had an issue with his vehicle. They repaired multiple items on a 2015 Civic and installed new tires. They were accommodating, professional and kept us informed of what was going on. They are approximately 25 miles from our home (vehicle was towed in) but well worth the drive. Definitely recommend.
View on GoogleDidn't get any services. They kept the car for 3 weeks and told us we could take it somewhere else if we wanted. We did. Got in the next day.
