Remember when service stations were a place that actually had the ability to service your vehicle? It still exists in Reynoldsburg! This Sunoco SERVICE station on East Main Street is the place to go for your mechanical needs with your car. Friendly, efficient and fair costs make me rate this place 5 stars
View on GoogleThe girls that work the counter are always very pleasant and helpful as are the two older gentleman that I believe own or at least manage, but I took my car in to have some work done only to be called hours later to be told by Josh that he would not work on my car because of ashes in my floorboard , seriously? Even if it were actually an issue you would think a garage would have a vacuum so wittle baby doesn't get his wittle fingies dirty, but whatever,if it were snowey or rainy wouldn't the floorboards be a little dirty ? So if your car breaks down ,you better hope it's clean enough to not offend Josh's delicate senses or maybe just take it somewhere else
View on GoogleI would rate this establishment as a 0!!!! Terrible costumer service and communication. I have be coming to this location for years and after today I wilt spend another dime. The mechanic Josh was very rude and unprofessional, he sat there ignoring me as I waited for air for my tire. He yelled and told me to get out because i inched my car up slightly assuming that’s what I needed to do since we made eye contact, so he knew I needed service. I apologized and tried to explain that I was unaware as I never pulled up and someone intentionally ignore me while he chopped it up with a friend. What made matters worse was the owner jolene was across the street at the vapor shop and sided with her employees behavior. I am more than disappointed in how things were handled and hopefully she gets investigated. Terrible business and they have very racist characteristics. I also contacted the BBB, I’ve never experienced any type of rude behavior and it’s sad that we still have ppl like this working with the public at that. The lady at the counter was very polite and I really appreciate her intelligence, kind words and professionalism.
View on GoogleThese guys are great. They are always quick with the repairs and very honest. They don't try to get you to fix more than what needs done. I thought my car needed a new alternator but they replaced two fuses and I had my car back before noon and they were very reasonable with the price. I will always take my cars to them before anyone else.
