The shop was recommended by a longtime coworker as being fair, reasonably priced, and reliable work. I can confirm that, had a very good experience. Check engine light came on in my car unexpectedly right before Easter weekend so I scheduled drop off with the shop for the following week. Mary at front desk was really friendly, helpful, and efficient. They called me that same morning with diagnosis of the problem and a fair quote on parts/labor. My car was ready the following morning; payment and pickup process was quick and simple as well. Engine light is gone now and it drives perfectly normal again. Will definitely return for future work and will highly recommend the shop to others!

Very disappointed never had issues just makes no sense to me why a mechanic wouldn't do a diagnostic before actually doing 100s in repair to a vehicle. No matter what the customer says they think it is or was told by anyone you don't do work without making sure that's the issue when a car is brought to you for repair. I'm so confused why this was not done. 600 in repair to turn around have same issue all weekend and then get it checked again by kt to be snarked at or laughed at for 600 repair for just it being the battery when they should of known from the beginning your the repair shop that's repairing so you'd find out before actually doing anything. So yes spent 600 for starter and it wasn't a starter it was the battery both done and told by kt. I never thought I'd leave a bad review or have issues like this. And then not even make it right for the customer. Ive spent 1000s here and they didn't offer to make it right at all. Never ever recommending or coming here again. And makesure you don't tell them you think it's this or that because they'll charge you to repair it and it's not even the issue. Don't waste your money here I'm so sick about it I didn't have the 600 to spend either at all and I did because I need a safe working vehicle for our family and they do this. What a scam
