We stopped by on a whim to ask if they could air up our tires. The owner was very nice. After speaking with my husband, we had a feeling and decided to get an oil change. Thankfully, we got right in. They worked as a team. One guy (didn't get his name) checked the lights, fluids, aired the tires etc., Lorenz , got our name, vehicle specs, and went over the different oil options we could choose. Once chosen, Lloyd changed the oil and did a safety inspection. Thank goodness we stopped. During the inspection, it was explained to us our car had a MAJOR issue. Lorenz and Lloyd, we cannot thank you enough. The concern we received was unforgettable! By the time we left, they felt like part of our family. Reynoldsburg residents and beyond, stop by and get an oil change. These guys are amazing at what they do. Most importantly, they could save your life as well!

This place was excellent! Prices are more than fair. The mechanic I dealt with explained everything, no pressure sales ( I knew I needed several services going in). I was treated with respect and was in and out in about 30 minutes. Would highly recommend. Waiting area was comfortable with a tv, nice chairs, and coffee maker. As a female it can be hard finding a car place that makes you feel comfortable and this place succeeds at that.
View on GoogleGreat customer service! Lloyd (Reynoldsburg location) greeted me with a "good morning" and a smile and escorted to the lobby, offered coffee, water & the tv remote. My options were explained, my questions were answered and no pushy sales tactics. Reasonably priced, VERY good price if you have a coupon! Only thing I would change is being able to stay in my car while the service was done. LOL! Thanks Lloyd!
View on GoogleWe called our regular mechanic who couldn't get us in for an oil change (the car is difficult to do an oil change on) and in asking who he would recommend - he said Grease Monkey on E. Main St. in Reynoldsburg. We called, they said we can absolutely do it. We showed up, it was a tricky location to reach all the parts but they didn't complain... they just did it, and well. All of the staff were professional, courteous and in the end....it was perfect. We now know we can pull in, get great service, no appointment... just good old fashioned customer service. Their # is saved in our phones. Thank you Lloyd, Wayne & Luke! Well done!!

Even washed my windows while I was finishing up the payment. Definitely will be back just cause of them. Great customer service.
