I had a horrible experience with this dealership. I was promised that the car I purchased was in good shape. After driving it home, it started overheating. I immediately contacted Chris, who sold me the car. Right away he started giving me the run around about how the car is as is. After a long conversation, he started getting mad and irritated with me like it was my fault that the car he just sold me didn't even make it all the way to my house (about 15 miles away) without having issues. He agreed to look at it in a "few days". I tried to contact him a few days later but he kept ignoring my call. After about a week, I showed up to the dealership and he got angry with me and told me to leave or he would call the cops. This is horrible customer service. I cannot believe a place like this is in business. I don't even understand how they make money.

These people are scammers. I purchased a car from here a few months back. They told me I should get the title in a week or so. I never got the title. At first they were responding but after a while the stopped. I was talking to someone named Chris. He only started responding when I contacted the Attorney Generals office and threated to report them. It appeared that he never paid off the car and took my money and spent it on something else instead of paying off the loan for the car.

Zero Integrity and Shady Tactics. "First come, first serve" is how business works, but honoring an appointment is how professional integrity works. I reached out the moment you posted the car. We set a time because you weren't available, yet you sold it out from under us while we were literally on our way to your lot. If someone else showed up, the honest thing to do was tell them, "I have a prior commitment; if they pass, it's yours." Instead, you chose the quick buck over your word. Whether it was a lack of organization or just plain greed, you proved that money means more to you than honesty. To make matters worse, you’re out here hiding behind personal ads instead of your business name, and then acting like a stranger at your own dealership. Talk about a massive red flag. Your reviews call you shady, and today you proved every single one of them right. To anyone reading this: Stay away. This isn’t a professional business; it’s a bait-and-switch operation run by someone who doesn't know the meaning of the word "trust."

All customers visiting this dealer, please be aware that if you provide a deposit and discover any issues with the car even before signing any documents, the dealer will not refund the money to you if you decide not to proceed with the purchase. My case as following: we decide to buy 2012 tiguan after a drive test, car was good with no issues , no lights on dashboard we put 200 deposit, we done after that professional scanner digonistic as per what we agreed with dealer, we got multiple cylinder misfire, decide to not continuein with this purchase, the dealer refused to refund the mony and start to put excuse, we are in process to file a case in the civil court against them Be careful!
