I called this tire shop to replace two trailer tires and asked for the price. After about 10 minutes, they called me back and said it would be $600. I agreed and told them I would come in an hour. When I arrived, one of the workers asked me to back my truck into a very tight spot even though he could have easily worked from the other side. I still followed his request. Then, a worker told me the manager wanted to see me in the office. The manager said there was a "computer mistake" when they gave me the price. He told me that before they could even start changing the tires, I would have to pay $950 instead of the $600 we agreed on. I refused immediately and left. It's very clear they try to pull this trick on customers. If I had gone to TA, would have gotten the tires changed without any games and at a better price. Also, the manager was very young and tried to act smart instead of being honest. Very unprofessional. I do not recommend this place.

One call to Bob Sumerel Tire Co. and we were good to go within about an hour. The technician arrived promptly and was friendly and courteous. He was able to troubleshoot and repair the issue quickly. He also took the time to explain the issue and it's repair with me. Next time we have any tire issue, I'll call Bob Sumerel Tire without hesitation. Thanks for the great first experience!
