I had an outstanding experience with Grismer Tire and Auto Service in Powell, OH. I brought in my Land Rover LR3 for an alignment, which is not your average alignment job. The LR3 has a 4-corner double-wishbone & air suspension, making it one of the trickier vehicles to align properly. It takes patience, the right equipment, and technicians who actually understand what they’re doing. The whole team at Grismer handled it extremely well. They took the time to get it right, paid attention to the details, and treated the job with the level of care it deserved! A lot of shops would either rush through something like this or avoid it altogether, but Grismer stepped up and delivered! My LR3 drives great now, and I really appreciate the professionalism, communication, and skill they showed throughout the process. It’s hard to find a shop that you can trust with a more complex vehicle, but this experience gave me a lot of confidence in them. Highly recommend Grismer Tire and Auto Service in Powell to anyone looking for honest, capable, and detail-oriented automotive service — especially if you have a vehicle that requires a little extra expertise!

Everyone was super nice at this store and they did a really good job with the tires but, if you’re going to quote 674.00 “out the door” it should not deviate too much from the quote. Verbal conversation definitely included an alignment, which is why I picked this shop. Initially asked “do you see the tires on our site?” When I answered “no” (I already knew they were 140.00) I was told the type of tires I was asking about were 180.00. I quickly got on their site and let them know their own site was priced out at 140.00. During service I was told I needed an alignment for an extra 129.00-huh-included in quote, “no-I wouldn’t have said that.” Traded in the tire warranty to complete alignment. Total final cost 836.00. Please add any additional possibilities into the offered initial quote, if it’s not needed, it will be a nice surprise instead of a frustrating one. The extra cash may not be a big deal for some but when things are tight-it hurts.

Grismer-Powell is the best! They always get me in quickly for appointments. They are honest about what needs serviced now and what could possibly wait. I trust them with both my personal and work vehicles. I will never go anywhere else. Kelly, Michelle and all of the technicians are the best. Keep up the great work!

I stopped by without an appointment to get help with a slow leak in my tire. They quickly took care of my concern (a screw) and got me on my way quickly. The staff was very friendly and professional with a helpful attitude. This was my first time at Grismer Tire and I left knowing that I’ll definitely be back when I need any help with tires or alignments.

I’ve been here twice and they are outstanding. Honest, kind, and they do great work. I had a lot of work done and the price was very reasonable—no gouging. They even tell you what you don’t need and suggest ways to save money, like buying parts yourself and just paying for installation. Great location too if you need to wait. Highly recommend.”
