Discussed with the owner that I was trying to purchase a Ford Cleveland 4 bolt main block in his area, and he was recommended to me by the Ebay seller. I explained to him that I would like to have the block delivered to him and to have him build it for me. I discussed with him that I would handle the shipping, but he was not interested. The owner was apprehensive and not really willing to work with me since I was from out of state, and I do understand a small business owner not wanting to risk losing money. This is not a negative experience. It is just a neutral one.
