Took my catalytic converters in to be installed, agreed to an amount, later asked for me to add more to the payment. He said that it took longer than normal. So I agreed. They couldn't even get the converters off. Went in the next morning, they had not even taken the catalytic converters out of the box! I started it up, and it sounded terrible. Then, I take it to my usual dude, and these are pictures of their work. This is my exhaust pipe, not converters! I will update this if they refund money. UPDATE!!! Nothing. This is the type of response that you should expect if you come here. Terrible!
