I got the best service at this place that I have ever gotten at any car repair shop! I had an issue that mechanics couldn’t seem to figure out from my description and of course the car never acted up when they drove it. After doing some of my own research, I went to Jim’s to talk about my problem and what I suspected the problem was. I was treated with respect (not like a dumb woman) and he discussed my issues with me for a long time and agreed with what I thought was wrong with my car. He thoroughly explained the problem, showed me the part and told me he had experience with it on other vehicles. He even did more research on it specific to my year and model car after I left! He got my car in fast, got it fixed fast once it was there and did it for a reasonable price. I’ve not had a problem with it since getting it back, it’s running like new. I have already recommended this shop to others and would feel confident in using this business again.… and I don’t trust my baby to just anyone!

Stopped by and talked to Terry about the tranny in my classic car. He took the time to discuss my options and gave me some ideas about the issues it's having. I appreciate that he didn't make me feel like I was bothering him or wasting his time. Even though I didn't schedule work yet, I would definitely take my car to him if I end up doing the job.

View on GoogleThe owner was amazing!!!!! I would give 100 stars if I could. I got stuck in the Walmart parking lot this morning & exhausted all options of family to help. I called Jim’s & explained what was going on to the best of my ability and without a second thought he closed down his shop to run over to where I was without even knowing if he could fix it or not. Educated me on what was wrong & a possible recall & kept me calm. He fixed the issue & sent me on my way. He even went as far as to call me back once I got home to let me know how/ what to say to Ford so I can get my car fixed. He definitely went above and beyond. Even told me to call him with an update & any questions. Will be going to him with every issue in the future! Definitely a company that cares about your safety and puts the customer first before the dollar.
