First time I've been here.. dropped off my crown victoria after hours and they contacted me right when they opened, (this is pretty rare with other shops) we discussed various options but ultimately went with his recommended brand of tires which the gentleman uses on his vehicles. The tire and sensor replacement was a quick turnaround and I had my car back the same day but I'm sure that depends on how busy they are. I don't think I'll use any other local shop, these people are amazing.

Customer service was amazing!! With a quick turnaround. I was kept in the loop on what was going on with my vehicle. Fast and friendly service, as well as very knowledgeable! They are also reasonably priced!

We were referred to Roman at Reliable Auto when our car broke down on a Sunday while vacationing near New London. He was able to get us in first thing Monday morning to replace the seized up a/c compressor and serpentine belt…and had the car done by noon. I can’t say enough good things about the service we received. He took a stressful situation and made everything feel like it was going to be okay! His rates were totally reasonable and the work is guaranteed. If you are searching for a mechanic, I would highly recommend Roman! Knowledgeable, friendly, fair, and reliable. You can’t ask for more than that.

Auto repair shops get a bad rap because of the poor service and bad attitudes, but this was a great experience because the quick service and the kind people that work there. Running a business like it's supposed to be is refreshing...thanks
