If I could give zero stars I would! Bought a VW Jetta with 90k miles on it. They knew it was for my 15 yo daughter learning how to drive. Took it to have the oil changed 2 months later and found out the entire subframe was rusted through…. Swing arms were one good pot hole away from coming through subframe! Cost me 2k in repairs and they chose not to make it right…. Only ignored me! You all should be thankful she wasn’t out on her own yet and got stranded or worse yet in a serious accident!!!! Horrible horrible horrible! BUYERS BEWARE!!!!

I live 2.5 hours away from the shop and they were quick to communicate and send requested photos. I was only able to look at a car on a day they were not open. They made sure an associate was there and allowed us to check everything out on the car and test drive it. Highly recommended!!!

Good vehicle for the price and better than I expected. As I couldn't get up the stairs, seller was very respectful & sent an associate out to help complete the transaction. Not once did he make me feel requests like photos of the undercarriage was a hassle. He even got under the car in the gravel to do so. He was also quick to respond to messages and phone calls. A little slow on receiving title (3 weeks) but all worked out. He even had an associate to bring the title to me at the BMV I would be more than happy to buy another vehicle from V's Auto and highly recommend. Thank you for making this a positive experience.

V's Auto Center was awesome...from the first telephone contact until we made our journey which was over 75 miles away to purchase the car. V had described the car exactly as we discovered...of course it is a used car and used cars come with some flaws, we certainly aren't delirious to expect perfection. But for what we were looking for and what he described he was honest and sold us a great product for a used car. V was easy to talk to, not pushy and very welcoming! Kudos to V!!
