View on GoogleMy husband brought our 1996 7.3 Powerstroke F250 in thinking it had a very serious and expensive issue. Instead of taking advantage of that, they took the time to properly diagnose it and found it was actually something much smaller and far less expensive. Once the problem was diagnosed, they had it fixed within about two days, and their honesty alone earned lifelong customers out of us. Great work, trustworthy mechanics, and the receptionist is incredibly warm, kind, and refreshingly no-nonsense in the best way. We’ll definitely be back for any future work on our vehicles.
View on GoogleDisappointing experience after two years as a loyal customer. I was a repeat customer for nearly two years, always paid without dispute, and never had a complaint. I'm leaving this review solely to share my personal experience. After bringing my vehicle in for a transfer case replacement, I dropped it off multiple times over several weeks as requested, only to return and find the work hadn't progressed with no calls or updates provided to me on those days. I requested a partial refund for a personal reason unrelated to the quality of work, my vehicle was over 100k miles and I chose to stop the repair. I left the refund amount entirely up to the shop owner. In my experience, I was told on March 31st that a refund would be calculated and to return the next morning. When I returned, the answer had changed to no refund. What I found most uncomfortable was that when I visited in person and asked about my original transfer case and parts pricing, I felt my questions were met with defensiveness, and I was made to feel I was accusing them of wrongdoing when I was simply asking for clarification as a customer concerned about their personal property. To my understanding, my original transfer case was sent out as a core return. I was not made aware of this prior, and it does not appear on my receipt. I personally contacted Buckeye Auto Parts, who indicated a return process may be possible but was told by the shop owner otherwise it was not possible. After two years of loyalty, I left feeling unheard and without the transparency I was looking for. I no longer want to do business with this shop and my trust in them is gone.
