I came to this location because my left headlight was not working. I arrived at 8 a.m., but they only took me in at 2 p.m. When I finally went inside at 2 p.m., they found the issue after about 15–20 minutes. They said the issue was with the wiring and that they reconnected and fixed the wires. In the end, they realized that the real problem was just a minor loose connection, but they did not tell me this at the time. They charged me $350. The next day, I had the same problem again. When I checked the wires myself and slightly moved them, the light started working again. They charged me $350 for a problem that was simply caused by a loose wire connection. I definitely do not recommend this place.

The worst experience ever. After twenty seven hours of waiting to do pm, service came to bit number two, and the guy does not know where to find oil filter. I had to show him where it is, and he said, oh, sir, we don't have that one. I told him to change oil without changing a filter. And he said, he's unable to do it with some stupid reason. I have twenty twenty four freightliner m two.With cummings six point seven engine. So to resume, I wasted two days sitting down in front of spitco and finish nothing. I hope there is somebody in this company reading the. Reviews and answering them or doing something about them. Otherwise you'll lose all the truckers.We're gonna go somewhere else.
