Great service. We were visiting the area from NJ and had a blowout on the Saturday of Memorial Day. Craig stayed late to change our tire and was so nice about it. He really helped us out. Definitely recommend this place for the service and friendliness. Wish I could give it more than 5 stars.
View on GoogleThis was my problem that they couldn't figure out and instead charged me $520 for new rear brakes and rotors. Which obviously didn't solve my issue. But no worries, my competent husband and I just fixed it ourselves. It was the FRONT WASHER, ya know, where I stated the noise was coming from. Thanks for nothing. I'll only recommend against this location. If you want something done right, do it yourself! The manager was rude and didn't care to fix the issue or try to make things right. Nor did he know what credit cards were accepted. Hassle all the way around.
View on GoogleDO NOT GO HERE OR ANY OF THEIR OTHER LOCATIONS! They aligned my grandma’s 1992 sedan as a 1996 wagon (see pic), charged me double for a “vintage” alignment, then once the alignment was complete, they talked me into buying a brand new set of 4 tires before I even had a chance to test drive it from the alignment. Not only is there no improvement in the alignment whatsoever, but now I’m stuck with a brand new set of tires, and they refused to re-align it as a 1992 sedan to correct their mistake from a 1996 wagon. Oh and did I mention the alignment is supposed to be FREE with the installation of four tires but they charged me double? I contacted corporate to get a refund on the alignment, I’m disputing the charge for the tires with my bank, and I filed a consumer complaint report with the Ohio Attorney General. The way they thought they were going to anchor me to keep coming back for additional non necessary services is the same way I’m going to make it my full time job to hold them accountable for their unethical practices. If the tires don’t get refunded to my original form of payment with a quickness, I will drag this whole place to court. How dare you scam an old lady? They should’ve just properly provided the service that I paid for and let me go on with my life. It’s giving.. they must be hard-up. Shut em down.

From the ease of finding tires I like at fair price on the website, scheduling, and the package including an alignment and voucher for an oil change, it was a no brainer. The service was top knotch, in my opinion. All of it done in a timely manner and my car driving so smoothly afterwards exceeded my expectations. This is my second experience with this location and it's easy for me to say that I'll be a loyal customer here for years to come. Honest, superb work at its finest. Thank you to everyone that had a hand in it!
