Tire Choice Auto Service Centers

First experience: I’ve needed to share this for a while. Little late on reviewing these guys. Not sure if manager Dave and the technician/assistant manager Jace are still working at Tire Choice in Lancaster Ohio or not, but these guys not only provided outstanding service but was very efficient and answered any and all concerns I had. Back in November Jace looked at a squeaking belt (new) issue that another garage had installed on my Toyota Yaris not once, or twice, but three different times all within a year. Jace had it diagnosed, fixed and out the door with very minimal labor cost in 5 minutes and it hasn’t squeaked since. Impressive! Second experience: In early March of this year, my wife was in need of 4 new tires, alignment, and an oil change. She got 3 estimates for this work to include Tire Choice. Not only did manager Dave match but he beat those other garages estimates, and he broke it down (price-wise) to my wife so she understood it clearly without all the babbling, double-talk she got from the other two garages. No hidden cost just straightforward. We made the appointment and Jace and another technician did the work. Then at checkout Jace went over each item of service they performed with my wife to ensure it was completed to her satisfaction. I unfortunately had a screw in my tire and this service center was the only one in Lancaster who 1) answered their phones 2) could get me in for a quick fix versus leaving my car there the whole entire day. We called at 7:45am, and I had an appointment at 8:30am to get it fixed. My vehicle was finished at 9:00am, and I was able to continue my day. Also the staff were super friendly!!

Went to Tire Choice in Lancaster today for a battery replacement and oil change. I was treated very respectfully and professionally by David the manager. Upon discussing my needs, he took my car into one of the bays, where Chase worked on my vehicle. I am very happy with the service, knowledge, and friendliness of both David and Chase. I highly recommend taking your vehicle here!

Made appointment Saturday morning and was able to get in at 10am. Staff was friendly and knowledgeable. Told me exactly what the issue was (brake pads). Replaced front and back pads and out the door before I knew it. I appreciate great customer service, as so much of it has gone by the wayside anymore. Thank you! Definitely will spread the word!

Had an issue with my car and contacted tire choice in lancaster ohio for a diagnostic test & repair. I had my diagnostic test scheduled & they let me drop off my car that morning before work and they started messing with it the same day. Following morning I called in to check up on the test and I was told my car was fixed and ready to be picked up. Two of the mechanics there Jace & David was super cool, very nice, and know their business. They both ran me through the problem which occurred and exactly how it was affecting my car. I highly recommend tire choice of Lancaster for any & all problems going on with your vehicle, David & Jace will definitely take care of the problem & get you back in your vehicle super fast.
