The owner was very rude when I called to discuss a purchase I may make of a Japanese vehicle and to see if he worked on it. . He was very unprofessional and unpleasant when he answered his phone. He didn’t use his business name so I had to verify that he was a vehicle repair shop and I apologized after he stated he was and he continued to be rude after I said that I only asked because of the way he answered the phone and he stated “well, that’s how I answer MY phone”. And when I asked about his service he was very short and rude and stated he didn’t work on this Japanese vehicle. Then he sent me a text to apologize because I had a ‘different’ number he had his assumptions. Seems like he judges people by their phone numbers. That’s not right. I’ve lived in Ohio for almost 7 years.
