They communicated with me daily and kept me updated on the status of my car, which I truly appreciated. Every time I interacted with their team, I was greeted with kindness and assisted promptly, especially when picking up my finished vehicle. The work on my car was done with precision and great care, and they made what could have been a stressful situation feel easy and seamless. Hopefully I won’t need collision repairs again anytime soon, but if I do, I will absolutely trust River Valley Collision with my vehicle. I’m incredibly grateful for their outstanding customer service and quality workmanship. I highly recommend them to anyone in need of repair services.
View on GoogleWe had an awesome experience from start to finish! This is the second time we’ve used you guys, and once again, we couldn’t be happier. You make the entire process simple, clear, and stress-free. Doug, Mark, and Doug’s wife are incredibly kind and truly care about helping their customers. Although my husband owns the truck, it’s my daily driver, and managing repairs with two kids can be challenging. Every time we came into the office, you all went above and beyond to make things easier for us. For example, Doug arranged for the rental car company to drive down to us so I didn’t have to walk there with both boys. When I picked up the truck, Mark told me I could leave the rental there and they would have it picked up. Those thoughtful gestures meant so much. Everyone was also so patient and kind to my curious kids in the office, which I deeply appreciated. The truck looks absolutely beautiful, and it was back on the road in just two weeks! We will definitely continue using River Valley Collision (hopefully not anytime soon!), but if we ever need collision repair again, you’ll always be our first call. Keep up the amazing work!

View on GoogleI’m an Ohio buckeye that has lived in Florida for 11 years. I came in to Lancaster to visit family, and a large buck destroyed a big chunk of my Jeep Compass. River Valley Collision, owner Doug, manager Mark, & everyone who worked to repair my vehicle were totally amazing! They had many obstacles to deal with, including back ordered parts, bad weather, and other issues. It took nine weeks, and three days, but they returned my car like new again! I totally 100% recommend them! They’re professional, kind, and do amazing work!
