I feel compelled to write this review. I bought a “certified “ pre owned car in September 2025. We’re now in December 2025 and I took my car for its first oil change today. I believe they did the oil change and rotation correctly but I was told after the fact there’s a $25 “shop charge in case the technician needs rags or something else to complete the job.” Maybe that’s a normal thing but I’ve never heard of it. There’s also $1000 worth of work my car needs. I asked if I could have a list of the things they did on my car before they sold it to me. I was told “all we do is change the oil.” I said no brakes? Nothing? He just shook his head no. I did however, find my salesman to be very helpful and pleasant. So having said that, if you choose to buy here, take your mechanic or get your mechanic involved. I don’t think they can be trusted.

Scammers, to be straight up. You'll have better luck giving your services to a smaller shop or a different dealer all together. Few months ago got my transmission replaced. Over charged, misquoted on time due to straight negligence, got told car was picked up and missing while it was in their garage actively, broke the cooling fan and tried to over charge for that as well since "there is no proof it wasnt working before" after stating that it stopped functioning in their care. Please, go literally anywhere else. Any car person ive talked to has been very helpful in letting me know how much we were truly scammed. Over charged, caused unnecessary panic, tried to make us purchase something they broke. Hope that helps :)

He was very polite and professional. I ended up getting a car from family. When I told Brian he was genuinely happy for me. Although this time we didn’t get a car, because of Brian’s service I would refer everyone to this dealership and next time I am in the market for a car I will be coming here.
