Andy at Heston’s is a stand up guy. I purchased a 2019 Range Rover from him and drove 3.5 hours to get it. As advertised, phenomenal communication and super friendly and easy to work with. I had front brakes installed as well prior to purchase and Andy took care of me as well. These folks have been in business since 1943. You don’t thrive - survive by being mediocre!! They have obviously mastered the art of the customer experience. A+++ for mechanical needs as well as purchasing your vehicle from them.

I am an out of town business manager opening a company in Lancaster and did my own brakes on a 2019 Chevy 1500. I followed Chevy’s procedures to put the truck into brake service mode. When I was done the brake module went haywire. On Tuesday night leaving the truck in limp mode and only 40% braking power . I need to leave early Thursday for an appointment up in Cleveland. No one would get me in till next week, Heston got me right away Wednesday and cleared out all the issues and reset the brake module. And did it for a fair price. They have great mechanics for sure as I know this was not an easy electronic fix. Highly recommend using them!

Heston’s saved us sooooo much money repairing a euro car that we had it shipped up from Florida to them! Not only that but the original diagnosis was wrong(from previous repair shops in Florida). They were able to fix the actual problems. Forever will be grateful for Hestons Auto!!
