We encountered a flat tire on the interstate on trip with 3 hours remaining. We were able to change to a space saver tire and make our way to Tire Discounters. Despite a full schedule they were able to squeeze us in and do an assessment. They were able to plug the tire and get us on our way within a couple of ours of our drop in. They were professional and efficient and there was no charge for the service. They made an unpleasant experience much less painful than it could have been and resulted in the best possible outcome given the circumstances.

My rear brakes and rotors were replaced in October of 2024 by Tire Discounters in Heath. I began to hear a grinding noise when braking 3 days ago. When i brought my vehicle into Express Oil Change and Tire Engineers i was informed that my rear brakes and rotors would need to be replaced. I explained to them they were replaced less than 2 years ago. After speaking with the technician he explained that the calipers and slide pins were not lubricated when they were replaced by tire discounters which caused the excessive wear but thankfully after a lot of work he was able to save the calipers. I will never go back to the Heath location but i highly recommend Express Oil Change and Tire Engineers in New Albany.

Tire discounters go above and beyond. Today I had an oil change appointment and I accidentally ordered a set of new tires when I scheduled the appointment online. I talked to the GM Patrick Jakacky when I arrived and told him about the mistake on my part. He was able to get me in and out very fast and even paid for the part of the oil change that wasn’t covered by the coupon. Thank you Patrick.

Literally incredible! If you need kind, efficient, caring, and helpful people, go here! We blew a trailer tire over in Zanesville and no other shop was willing or able to help, but we called them and they rushed us through, even though it was 15 minutes till closing. They got the shedded tire replaced in less than 10 minutes. The customer service was fantastic. If we lived in the area, this would 100% be our go-to. Good job guys!

Walked in on a Saturday around Noon when I noticed a leak in my tire. They were busy but were willing to take a look at it right away. They located a screw in the tire and within 30 mins it was fixed and ready to go free of charge. Excellent customer service! They will certainly will get my business in the future!
