I’ve been to Jeff’s Automotive several times now, and every experience has been great. The entire staff is friendly, knowledgeable, and easy to work with. Their pricing is very reasonable-honestly, as competitive as you’ll find anywhere. They’ve earned my trust, and I’ll be bringing all of my vehicles here from now on.

I’ve only had 1 experience with them so far but it was great. They kept us updated with what they were doing, and were able to help with multiple things that needed checked, including a very difficult broken stud/bolt caused by someone else. I will 100% plan on returning when needed.

I love Jeff's Auto! He bends over backwards to get you the cheapest but great quality parts. As well as, actually fixing what is necessary (all with your permission too). He knows so much about the cars that he works on, and he researches more into the manufacturing of the car. There are problems on my car that many mechanics would have had no idea how to fix. He is passionate and skilled in the craft. Jeff is my go to mechanic for anything and I have never had to pay more than I thought the job was worth.

Jeff & his gang know what they're doing. Great customer service. Prices are reasonable/competitive. If you have time, stay & shoot the breeze w/Jeff - he has a great sense of humor.

Jeff has been taking care of my Chev 3500 diesel and family cars for 15 years. This is the best shop in central Ohio. Even though I live in Pickerington, it's well worth the time and drive. Jeff fixes what is necessary, doesn't fix things that don't need fixed, spots things that are likely to need fixing soon and ALWAYS does it at a reasonable price. And finally, they are great, friendly and honest folks.
