For delivery You want to turn on Cheshire st , GPS will take you down River Rd and tell you turn there but it is very narrow . So if you turn there be careful for on coming traffic. Other than that very nice people.
View on GoogleI have a pristine condition Whiteside Manufacturing "Roll-Over" model MTB creeper. The 2-inch caster wheels had decayed from age. I called Whiteside, spoke to Ben, who said both the 2" #22 and 2-1/2" #25 caster assemblies would fit. He recommended I order the larger 2-1/2 casters to better roll over uneven surfaces, so I did. I discovered the 2-1/2" casters won't fit the shape of my round tubular frame where it inverts upward at the caster mounting points. The 2-1/2" fender (sheath) is larger and longer than the 2" caster. I called to exchange the 2-1/2" casters for the 2" casters that I had originally called to buy in the first place, and was told I had to produce pictures. I had expected a pleasant and simple experience exchanging the 2" casters for 2-1/2" casters, rather than confrontation. This is not how customer service (relations) should be handled. With a background in commercial truck after-sales support, I'm deeply troubled by my phone experience today. Whiteside has a warm history as an American family business. Thus it's surprising and a shame to be treated this way.
View on GoogleLike the product, but a little skeptical based on the other guys comment, I noticed my mechanics creeper I just bought for double the price of a China one, just has a sticker on it that says the name and address of the business. Nothing about being made in USA at all. And that’s what lured me in on the website. You know what that means. Also the google pin drops on a small barn that says screen printing something. Not nearly large enough to mass produce a creeper cart there. I could be wrong, maybe theres another site or google got the pin wrong. If it’s legit, they will reply.
