I was looking for a mechanic for my Toyota Camry hybrid, The car runs fine, but there are check engine lights and warning lights that pop up. I was able to diagnose the trouble codes with my scanner, but not able to fix it. I gave them all this information and they said they were confident they could fix it. A week later they called me up saying that all the lights were cleared and the car was running great. I drove the car 100 ft and all the lights came right back on. I left the car with them another 12 days and they said they drove it and all the lights were off and the car is ready pick up. This time I didn't even shift the car out of park and all the lights came back on. They had my car total of 19 days and I took it home with the exact same problem it had as when I dropped it off. I don't believe my car was driven around as they said, I wish I noted the odometer...This was a giant waste of my time and money, and now I am taking it to the dealership.

I called Wendalls after totaling my car from being hit by a deer. I had 2 other vehicles that had been sitting but may be restored to drive daily, I called and asked to get the 1st vehicle towed in for a quote. They said it wasn’t worth fixing so I sent my 2nd vehicle for a quote. At no time did they tell me a price or that it would cost anything to look over my vehicles. After the 1st vehicle I feel they should’ve asked for payment. Nothing was mentioned. Once they told me the 2nd vehicle wasn’t worth fixing either Dan said his friend bought cars for scrap. Bottom line I signed over 2 vehicles to this garage because they said they weren’t worth fixing but also never told me there was a fee or how much it would be to look over a vehicle. They charge $225 to give a quote.. I signed over 2 cars to pay the bill.
View on GoogleHad them install intoxilock device in my car and then got in a fight with intoxalock and told me sorry bout your luck we can't help you anymore and you will have to find someone else to recalibrate and have my device taken out after they charged me 400 bucks after quoting me 350 on the phone so I take it to Columbus which is a 45 min. Drive from my house to someone else who deals with intoxalock and come to find out the way they installed the wiring harness causes it to short out and the camera was installed upside down. So they just don't care about their customers is how I feel. The new place had to competly reinstall my device. They ripped me off and then dropped me on my head

View on GoogleTook my 2007 avalanche in for transmission replacement , they checked it out. Found out had major motor damage and frame rusted. I REALLY APPERCIATED THEIR HONESTY, UNFORTUNATELY not worth fixing. They were super easy to talk to, worked with me till I could get truck picked up. Very helpful, they have done work on my other vechiles in past always been great to work with. Would recommend.
