I hate to do this because I've had a positive experience with Tech Medic in the past but this is unacceptable and I'm out $150 because of a very stupid mistake. My friend took his RC truck and batteries to Tech Medic to have new battery connectors soldered on. I was going to do it for him but I was at work at the time, so he went to Tech Medic instead. Fast forward a few weeks and I ended up buying the truck and batteries off of him. Everything worked great.. Until I plugged one of my own batteries into the truck. Immediately the electronics went up in smoke and a $150 ESC was destroyed all because the connector that was installed by Tech medic was installed backwards. I've included photos of the connector on the truck. The red positive(+) wire is supposed to be on the flat side of the connector, not the angled side. I could almost forgive such a goofy mistake if it weren't for the fact that + & - is LITERALLY LABELED ON THE CONNECTOR!

View on GoogleI had a 10 year old Apple laptop that suddenly wouldn’t start. I took it to Dave (the owner) of TECH MEDIC REPAIR and he was able to locate and order my exact “antique” laptop from California! He then installed my hard drive into the replacement machine. When he was finished it was BETTER than then before! The screen was “mirror clear,” no scratches, the speakers worked again and the mouse pad was smooth! FYI: shortly after 2015 many laptop developers did away with hard drives in order to migrate users to “the Cloud,” thus creating customers billed monthly for back-up data storage. Dave then undercharged me for his time and effort scouring the country for the perfect replacement device. Sorry, folks, I encouraged him to charge a little more for his time. I’m glad I found Dave in Delaware, and didn’t go into Powell or Columbus. The service here is excellent!
