Dew's/Zues Tire

Went to here and Dew tightened my husbands lugnuts so tight, we can’t get the them off. After breaking toe tools and bending my tools (expensive tool) I took care of back over to him. He couldn’t get them off either,he cracked them. I had to go get new ones. Not once did he offer a refund. Not good ethics in my opinion. I won’t refer anymore.

The two workers were great but the manager or owner was apparently having a bad day and after I paid he decided to charge more. I was there for around 1.5 hours. They do take appointments but I was told it is first come first serve when I called 3 hours prior wanting to make an appointment. There were only 2 cars ahead of me so no big deal overall there. I wanted to go to someone other than a corporate place that has 20 year olds working on my car and thought since it has been there a while and guys working there definitely past their 20's, I would give it a shot. The work done seemed fine though, but one would think that in 1.5 hours of me being there and bringing my own tires which were obviously very wide, you would let me know up front that it would be more due to the wider tires...especially before I already paid. I suspect they prefer that you purchase tires from them, which I get but I had called them 2 months earlier and they were not able to get me the ones I had them mount and balance.

Dewey is one of the greatest men I know. My family has been doing business with Dewey since he took over Zeus. It has been a long few years for us. Recently we sold everything we could to take care of medical expenses my new car included. I had to sell my wedding set to get another car. I didnt have it 4 days when one of my tires blew out on the side of the road on my way home from work. Dewey was the only one in the tri- county area that had a tire to fit my car. I drove 50 miles to get it put on. Upon inspection we realized all 4 of my tires were bad and should not have been driven on at all. I didn't have enough money to get all 4 replaced. Dewey gave me a deal I could not refuse. I was able to confidently get back on the road without paying every dollar I had. Dewey did this as a kind gesture. He did not know he made it so my family would not have to struggle for the rest of the week. I am forever grateful for him and his large kind heart. I will not go anywhere else to get tires. He's amazing and deserves an award for his kindness. He is an honest trustworthy businessman. I highly recommend him and his shop to anyone looking for used or new tires. He will always do his best to help any way he can. We need more men like this in the world. Thank you so much!!

Very unprofessional. He didn't like the WAY I asked for a specific tire. Apparently when asking for a tire with a specific rim size, you can't say the word rim. He refused to sell me a tire because he kept insisting I was ordering a rim and not a tire. That said, I probably will go back as they have best prices and the people who work for him aren't as mean.

Seriously GO TO ZEUS TIRE FOR YOUR TIRE NEEDS. Not only are the staff so kind and accommodating but the prices are great! You’ll be in and out and on the road in no time. I cannot stress enough how reputable this business is. I’m beyond impressed!
