I had a great experience today at wheels Unlimited The guy behind the desk was very honest with me. The mechanics are very hands-on with your vehicle and client if needed to show them exactly what they are going to do and how they are going to do it. I recommend this place to anyone that is looking for alignment, wheels, tires, brakes, etc.

DON'T PAY ANY ATTENTION TO THE BAD REVIEWS ESPECIALLY THE ONES TALKING ABOUT "RACISM" BECUZ I'M A 36 YEAR OLD BLACK MALE WHO HAS A PAST CRIMINAL RECORD & WES, THE OWNER WHO SITS AT THE SHOP'S FRONT DESK & HIS MECHANICS DIDN'T TREAT ME ANY DIFFERENT JUST BECUZ MY SKIN IS A DIFFERENT COLOR THAN THEIRS.. SO IDC IF UR BLACK, WHITE, HISPANIC OR WHATEVER.. I FULLY RECOMMEND YOU GUYS TO VISIT THIS SHOP IF YOUR CAR NEEDS TO BE FIXED ... View on GoogleI had a diagnostic test on my vehicle, for 11am, they began testing at 11:01 am. No wait at all. Afterwards they were very informative about my cars issues, detailing each cost amount. I will be using them again.
View on GoogleFirst time customer and yes, I WILL be back! I got a same day appointment to have my car looked at and at least get an estimate in what was needed. When I tell you that they had it diagnosed and fixed within 4 hours, I AM NOT JOKING. I have a 2014 Nissan Juke Nismo, not an uncommon car, but also not seen all over Columbus. They were able to fix what I needed, same day, AND considering the work i needed, they didn't over charge me for parts or labor. I had been really hesitant on finding a good mechanic in Columbus, all the good ones I have come to know are small town guys. Thank you so much Wes, and the team of Wheels Unlimited, you guys were absolutely amazing and I will make sure I recommend no one else. Thank you guys!!!!
View on GoogleI’ve lived on the eastside my entire life. This was my very first time patronizing this place. These guys are nice and they got me taken care of in one day. The process was smooth. Here is why I only have 3 stars. I dropped my car off and the work was completed 3/5/2026. Spent $356.82. The following day 3/6/2026 while driving home, mind you the day before I bought two brand new tires and had a wheel alignment, my tire pressure light came back on. I called and asked them if I could swing by really quick so they could double check and make sure everything was good. There were only two guys working(Wes wasn’t there) but they told me sure. Long story short , each tire had different air pressure. But I was charged an additional $2 for air. You guys literally had my car the day before. Dealing with my tires. You couldn’t have complimentary checked the air pressure and adjusted it. Had to get an extra couple bucks. I feel like if Wes was there that wouldn’t have happened. Then again I’m not sure. I just don’t feel like that was right. I will possibly be back should I have any future needs please just dont nickel and dime me like that.
