We had a really great experience at this shop. My parents and I were driving from Michigan to South Carolina when our truck’s radiator started leaking antifreeze and the engine kept overheating. Since it was a Sunday, not many places were open, but AutoZone across the street pointed us here. We grabbed a new radiator from Napa and came back, and even though this probably isn’t usually the kind of work they do, they agreed to help us out. They spent hours working on it and didn’t give up until everything was fixed. Because of them, we were able to get back on the road and make it the rest of the way to South Carolina with no more radiator issues. Super grateful, especially since we ran into another problem later in North Carolina (a trailer tire blew out—we definitely wished we had them around for that too!) All three guys were nice and helpful. They were clearly busy but still worked efficiently and kept their pricing fair. Overall just a solid, stress-saving experience. We would definitely recommend!

I brought my Truck to swap old Tire pressure sensors for new ones, and balance all 4 wheels. Next day morning front wheel fell of the truck while driving. Luckily no one get injured, and the loose wheel didn’t hit anything too. I had to call tow truck. After that I checked other wheels, all lug nuts were loose. I definitely do not recommend this shop.

I had two tires with too many screws in both, to be patched, so they gave me several options for used to new tires. I ended up going with the new ones. Service was top notch, and prices were fair.

They poured me a price for two tires and an alignment i said ok. They do one tire and tell me they cant do the other. These are brand new tires. Now I have to drive with one new tire one bad tire and needing an alignment. And they over charged for doing one tire. Terrible shop do not go here.
