William answered my call and came in quickly to help with the battery and hood release for my vehicle. The lever wasn't latching and I couldn't open the hood. Both him and his associate Luke handled this problem expertly. Unlocking the latch area with spring force by hand, lubricating all components related to opening the hood and testing the lever to make sure it's secure. He jumped my battery right away. Before leaving, he advised me to run and monitor the battery rather than replace it. I went to a local shop for confirmation and their assessment was that it's no longer good. Rather than listen to the shop, I took advice from William to keep it going. A day later the hood is operable and battery is functioning normally. He charged me significantly less than a shop and saved me hundreds more by coming to my location, offering great advice. While other mobile technicians couldn't work on the hood, answer a call or return a message - he went above and beyond. Tyrea Mobile Mechanic is phenomenal, I would recommend their services and really appreciate their effort in a timely manner.

My car died while I was alone on a work trip away from home and I was able to get a battery but couldn't get it in the car because the access to the battery was obstructed. I needed to drive home 6 hours the next morning and nowhere was open. He came out at 9:30 at night to meet me and put in the new battery. He was very polite and was able to remove the necessary components to install the battery quickly. He checked that everything worked correctly after being put back together and even pointed out something that was starting to go bad that I needed to get my mechanic to look at when I got back home. I honestly don't know what I would've done without him. Would rate more stars if I could.

Great communication, good work, and fast work. Helped me understand what I should do in the future and learned more about cars because I know nothing. Contacted him Saturday morning and got it finished early Saturday afternoon in time for when I needed to leave. Will be using this service very soon! Recommend for everyone!
