I have a 2017 van that I love and would like to drive for at least a few more years. I took it to the Tuffy on West Broad Street. The service I received was absolutely amazing. From the first call to make the appointment to less than 24 hours later to pick it up completely serviced Gin, Don and Robert were so amazing. They were so great to explain everything. From services I needed, ones that were suggestions to even sharing services that I thought I needed that I didn’t the explanations were very thorough. The price for services that I needed did not give me sticker shock at all. In fact I was pleasantly surprised. When I left with my van, it felt like a new vehicle. Drove amazingly. This auto shop will be my go to source for all things car related. Please give them a try. You will not be disappointed.

They completed a thorough courtesy inspection of the vehicle and identified things that needed scheduled maintenance or attention in the future. They discussed options with me and provided no pressure. They provided warranty information that was included in the completed work. The communication was excellent and so far I'm satisfied with the work.

She understood that 4 WD and traction control on my SUV were of primary importance in choosing the correct tires. They went above and beyond by running out to pick up tires that were in stock instead of waiting until the next day. Customer Care is alive and well at this Tuffy location❤️
