I have been using Tritex for many years now and know from experience with other shops that they are the best! You won't find anyone better for any and all upholstery work including convertible tops! I have had over 100 jobs completed with them from personal vehicles to cars for sale at the European high end car dealership I am employed with. Careful, precise work and attention to detail. Great pricing too. Tyler is who I always work with...he is professional and will give you fair, honest advice on your job. What I really want to show off in this review is in the attached photos....Ray (master upholsterer and steering wheel expert) just completely stripped and recovered my steering wheel on my 1997 Lincoln Town Car with new padding and all new leather. It is hand stitched, looks amazing, and is probably better than it was from the factory! If you want the best work and personal service, this is the place! Look at the pictures attached....amazing work and I am so happy with this particular job I just had recently done!!!!!!

Professional shop with friendly people but most importantly very professional work. You’d never be able to tell it was redone. This is a new car for me and so far it’s been a nightmare with some of the services I’ve gotten. Happy to say they’ve restored my faith a bit. (Also had the work done last January and these pictures are from today so the work is holding up great)

I received a quote from Leikin Mercedes in Willoughby Ohio for $20,000 to replace my 2020 E53 AMG convertible top. What I really needed was a repair of a few broken/frayed cords in the top liner but they were unwilling to repair them. Another independent garage quoted me $7000 for the repair. I called numerous auto upholstery places in NE Ohio. I finally spoke with Justin and Russ at Tritex in Columbus OH. They were great! Taking time to explain the process and assuring me they can expertly and quickly get the job done. I drove 164 miles one way to their shop. The work was completed in 2.5 hours for a price of $242. They are the best! Do not hesitate to trust them with your beloved sports car!

I brought my 1989 Jaguar XJS to Tritex for help. I met with Justin and Amanda for an estimate. Amanda showed me samples for the carpet and seats so I could match them to the original color. She even asked me to snap a few pictures of the seat stitching so they could replicate it. Justin explained the process and showed me around the shop. I had checked out a few other places to do the work, but was impressed with what I saw at Tritex. A new convertible top was installed, all the carpet was replaced, the seats were reupholstered, and the door panels recovered. Justin kept me informed of the progress. I could not be happier with the results. This quality of work is only achieved with excellent craftsmanship and attention to details.
