I had an appointment at 1p came in 30 minutes earlier only to be told that making an appointment online doesn’t exactly give a true representation of the time they actually have in the shop to do Work on your car. I was starting to get really irritated because I did call off work to be here to do this tire alignment and tire rotation and The gentleman Judgeo, Was very kind in making sure I was able to keep my appointment. The customer service by him truly made up for that slight discrepancy and will be coming back here again.

They got my tire in and out fast. This is the only one I come to. Claude and Chaz got me back on the road with no worries and great customer service. The lobby was very clean and they had complimentary water which was a nice touch.

Came in after a failed appointment from another tire place on a Saturday and the staff here immediately went to work helping me out and got me two new tires. The staff was very friendly and understanding and turned my day around completely after the first tire place failed me. Highly recommend this place!

I am very big on customer service & integrity, I am very disheartened at several experiences I have had at this shop. I will never recommend or go back to this place at all. The manager is very nasty & unprofessional. I have never experienced such racism & discrimination it is really sad people in the world can treat someone so poorly based on the color of their skin. I have spent so much money in this shop recently only to have to go some where else to have another shop fix a problem this shop stated they did. What type of establishment would intentionally mess up a customers car??? What type of establishment discriminations against you for the color of your skin. They did not even try to make the situation right after messing up my vehicle where it almost caught on fire. Shame on the manger for not doing his job & making sure my vehicle was safe. It could have very well ended badly for me & child. I am thankful I am still here & God protected us. Proceed with caution when going here, especially when dealing with the manager.
