Had a great experience with the Tiltons team from start to finish. They provided clear communication, thorough inspection of my vehicle, prioritized recommendations and clear pricing, and service within a timely manner. The mechanical work done was excellent. They completely resolved the issue with my vehicle. They use an after hours lockbox that conveniently allowed for me to pick my vehicle up after they had closed. The staff I interacted with at the front were friendly and efficient. Pricing for services are reasonable when compared with other quality shops I've used that can take on any type of job. If you are looking for a mechanic in Columbus, this is a good place to begin your search.

I have had horrible experiences with most shops. Tiltons goes above and beyond. You may pay more than other competitors but the feeling of piece of mind is worth the $$$. I have taken both of my vehicles here and the only thing I would change would be the communication. Both times I've brought my vehicles they never reached out when my vehicle was done. Waited 5+ hours on inspection battery change.

Had tires put on my car a from a supposedly reputable company. Upon receiving my car back I noticed the car shaking badly at 55mph plus. Tilton’s came to the rescue by diagnosing that the other company did not balance the tires at all. Thanks to Tilton’s it runs great!
