Jason is Extremely knowledgeable and kind. Explained my situation to me perfectly and actually cared. He made sure I was took care of, the best way, even if it meant I was best off taking it to the dealer. Would recommend this honest shop any day of the week. 10/5 stars. Thanks again!

I brought my Infiniti here for an overheating issue and was told it failed a block test and would need a new engine. I ended up taking the car to another shop for a second opinion. They topped off the coolant, and the overheating issue was resolved. Since then, I’ve put a few thousand miles on the car without any further overheating problems. I’ve had other repairs done here in the past that went well, and the staff has always been friendly and down to earth. However, because of this experience, I would strongly recommend getting a second opinion before authorizing any major repairs.

My experiences here have been positive. They tell you what's up and give you a cost before doing anything. They are easy to communicate with, they take time to explain stuff and answer questions, and don't make you feel silly.

Going to JM Repairs proved to be a unique and rare experience. We did not have repairs done here, however I can attest to this.... Jason and his wife Jo are incredibly helpful, polite, and honest. Please read this review. I took my elderly brother's Tacoma in to have the running boards reinstalled after Toyota installed an entirely new frame due to a recall. Jason politely informed me, that due to changes in the frame, the running boards that had been removed were no longer usable. They were just scrap at this point from rust damage. He also left the truck on the rack so we could talk details.... Without my asking, he informed me that my brother should not settle for a low price when he sells the truck, because of these repairs done by Toyota. Jason's advice will certainly earn them thousands more than they would have when they decide to sell this vehicle. He cheerfully let me take photos of the under carriage to help my brother get a great price on the truck and also pointed out all the improvements that had been done. He spent 20 minutes with me for no gain on his part. What kind of business does that anymore? Well... Their kind of business. I sure appreciated them. I strongly suspect you will too. If I lived in this area, Jason and Jo would certainly be my go to in the event of repairs. I truly can't emphasize how impressed I was with their service. Remarkable... Great job, and many thanks. Last night our daughter's 2014 Honda Civic with only 54,000 miles started having driving problems. It was making a lot of noise with acceleration and was not moving very fast at all in drive. It got worse, my husband barely able to get it in the driveway. Even though we checked Google and knew there were other reasons why it could be having issues, we were getting ourselves ready to be told a new transmission was needed. We were not feeling optimistic. We have aaa, but it only provides a 5-mile free tow. A neighborhood seen great reviews for the JAM and mentioned it. After reading a bunch of the reviews ourselves, we called this morning to ask if they could take a look at the car. Joel was very accommodating, and a tow truck driver was able to take it to the shop within an hour. A few hours later, we received a call with the great news that it was just a transmission switch that was loose and had released the transmission fluid. The explanation of the diagnosis was helpful in feeling confident that they had in fact found the issue, and were taking great care of the car. They quoted a very fair price range that depended on how much transmission fluid they needed and said they would do the work right away. A few hours later they called and said the car was ready and we were happy to pick it up and pay a fraction of what a new transmission would have cost. We have found our new auto repair shop! Everyone we talked to was so friendly and very authentic and we are thrilled to have trusted and skilled people available, and so close to home. Highly recommend!
