Worst place to go for anything alignment related, had some aftermarket truck rims balanced and an alignment on my truck done, they don’t have a care in the world when it comes to not scratching the rims, the owner had a young kid dismount my tire off the balancing machine and let one of the spacers fall onto the lip of my wheel, also striped every center cap bolt holding the center caps onto the wheel, I kept my cool until it was time to pay and asked what’s going to be done to make the situation right and his response was I’ll take $20 off the job, that’s ridiculous for a $600 wheel, not to mention their is nowhere for the customer to sit during the time of service, highly recommend going somewhere else that actually cares about their customer service. Save yourself money and time and never go to this location, if I could rate 0 I would. Very unprofessional.

View on Google08/22/2024 - First time visiting Taz Used & New Tires for a new used tire. The service was professional and prompt. There was an SUV ahead of me their owner was replacing all four tires. There was a short wait once I pulled in to their business. I was greeted. I was asked what I needed, I was given a price, and drove off their establishment approximately 10 minutes later after arriving. Thank you, Taz Used & New Tires! Decent price.

When I leave and check pressure in all my tires , I see the tire they sold me is 265/70R 115 no LT or anything…? 🤔.. Go back next day … “ it’s the same tire”… straight lies … max pressure different…tire capacity different… but “we only look at tire size 265/70R…” … owner never there just they workers claiming BS… STRAIGHT RIPOFF ARTIST ..KARMA IS REAL BELIEVE IT…
